Shipping & Returns

Please note that delivery times vary depending on destination. Our availability & shipping messages do not indicate when items will arrive at their final destination – only when items are expected to be packed (processing time) and ready to leave our workshop (shipping date).

PROCESSING TIME:

The moment we receive the payment receipt all purchased items will be manufactured in 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and then sent to you (please look at estimated shipping time below). We will do our best to shorten the processing time.

SHIPPING TIME:

All products are sent as Registered Priority Mail from Bulgaria. After 3-5 business days of product manufacturing we send it via Bulgarian Post which hand over orders to the abroad Shipping Providers so that they are no longer being tracked by Bulgarian Post, but your local post. Those Shipping Providers are responsible for the deliveries (not our shop).

Shipping alone usually takes:

- European Union: 7-14 business days
- U.S.A, Canada & Australia: 14-21 business days
- Asia, Africa, etc. - 14-21 business days

* Shipping is not being provided on weekends and holiday breaks.

However, above shipping time is only estimated, not guaranteed by any abroad shipping providers.

DELAYS:

* Please note: Sometimes packages may have some delays of 1-2 weeks time because of a local post-office situation or national holidays breaks. Each shipping has a tracking number that you will receive in few days after sending out your order. While collecting orders your signature is required.

If you are not at home when the package arrives, please go to the nearest local Post Office to get your package. Otherwise the package will be returned to Bulgaria.

Owing to the fact that abroad Shipping Providers take responsibility for the deliveries, we do not take responsibility of your local postal service work , so that please note that there are NO REFUNDS FOR THE DELAYED PARCELS.

LOST parcels:

Please, contact us, if you are still waiting for the package that hasn't arrived in 31 days after you have received your tracking number. We will ask the Shipping Provider for clarification of that situation and then make a complaint to them if something went wrong on their side. If they say that the parcel is lost, we will immediately send you a new item.

Custom charges:
Customs charges might be levied when the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will vary by country. Papierge is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
