Refunds and Exchanges

Papierge unconditionally guarantees its products to be free of defects. Our refund policy observes the policies of the post service.

Every item is carefully and safely packed, but still, if it is damaged during shipping, you must notify us and your post officer immediately upon receiving, so we can send you a new one and raise our claim against post service.

A refund is possible, if all the following conditions are fulfilled:

1. The shipment was not delivered within one moth following the shipping date for Europe and the appointed shipping time to everywhere else, certified with tracking number, and the client has notified the seller, in writing, that the shipment was not delivered within one moth following the shipping date, certified with tracking number. The seller raises a claim against the post services, and the latter ones have three months to do a research, and then, if the shipment has not been delivered meanwhile, have to refund the seller, within a month, with the amount of the shipment, but not more than $36, and then the seller refunds the client with the amount of the item, but no more than $36. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

2. The decal substantially differs from the description in the www.papierge.com listing and the client has notified the seller about this, within 14 days after receiving the item, and the item was sent back to the seller, at the expense of the client, and received by the latter one in original packaging and in re-salable condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
